Terms and Conditions

I have read the Australian Tertiary Education Network on Disability (ATEND) Professional Standards of Practice for Members and the Code of Ethics, both of which are endorsed by ATEND to which I am applying.

I agree to be bound by the Code of Ethics, to support the objects of ATEND, and to be bound by its Professional Standards, regulations and by-laws.

I acknowledge that my application is subject to determination by ATEND, which also reserves the right to determine my category of membership.

I am aware that I may appeal to ATEND if I am not satisfied with the outcome of my membership application, and, in the event that I do appeal, I agree to accept ATEND Inc. decision as final.

I understand that my full payment will entitle me to membership for one calendar year. Membership will lapse for all members on 31 December of each calendar year.

I understand that my details may be shared with my ATEND/Disability Practitioner State/Territory committee for internal purposes.
