Jack is an experienced diversity and inclusion specialist with a passion for social justice and currently engaged with The University of Sydney as Disability Service Officer.

After several years working within Higher Education as a champion of change and advocate for inclusion, Jack has developed a depth and breathe of knowledge around the intersections of marginalisation. Jack supports students with complex disabilities, empowering them to achieve educational goals through institutional, academic and emotional support.

He has provided advice regarding policy and procedure developments along with the likely impact on student wellbeing and student engagement in academic and co-curricular activities.

Currently serving as the Vice President for the Australian Tertiary Education Network on Disability (NSW Chapter), Jack is committed to the professional development of his colleagues and is responsible for organising workshops focused on sector updates, best practice approach and innovation.

With a background in communication and technology, Jack has co-created an online Disability Management System to track, report and store client's data along with creating the in-house Intranet for the University of Technology Sydney.

An adaptive and creative thinker, Jack is always investigating ways in which systems, policies, institutions and organisations can better support truly inclusive practice.
